Pregnancy Yoga Classes
After running large group classes for 4 years, I felt compelled to create a class that had a stronger focus on mum, whilst still providing baby with essential techniques to help integrate primary reflexes, known as the building blocks of learning.
Held at my cosy home studio, each course holds no more than 7 mums and babies. Running over 2 hours, each session provided plenty of opportunity for individual support with regards to anything you may be finding an issue with in the early months of motherhood.
All equipment is provided, including organic oils for baby massage, towels and blankets and a free gift for baby too. Homemade vegan cake is provided at the end of the session, alongside a choice of herbal teas and freshly brewed coffee.
The baby massage sessions run for four weeks, with an optional extra baby yoga specific session on week 5. Booking in advance highly recommended.
