Do I need to have practiced yoga before?

Not at all! Yoga is for everyone and many women first come to yoga through pregnancy. The classes are adaptable, gentle and accessible, and I can guide you through postures and techniques to make sure you are as comfy as can be.


What equipment do I need?

All equipment is provided, from mats, to blankets, eye pillows to cushions and bolsters. You may wish to bring your own mat or pillow, but otherwise just arrive in comfy clothes with a drink of water to ensure you remain hydrated.


What happens if I miss a session?

Yoga encourages flexibility in both body and mind, so I try to accommodate the bumps in life wherever possible. Catch ups can always be arranged. :)


Can I eat before yoga?

During pregnancy, it is advisable to listen to your body's cues, so if you are hungry, then eat - just make sure it is something light and nutritious such as a snack bar or piece of fruit.
