Mum and baby yoga
These vibrant sessions are designed to help develop your baby's co-ordination, sense of balance, and body recognition, whilst stimulating each of the major systems, such as the digestive system and circulation.
Yoga moves are adapted for baby, to help stretch their little bodies gently and safely, set to rhymes and song. We also offer a little yoga just for you, to help ease tired shoulders and backs, and to provide you with a gentle, revitalising stretch. Each session is an hour in length, suitable from 8 weeks, and all equipment is provided.
This mum and baby yoga class is held in Bury, but easily accessible from the surrounding areas such as Radcliffe, Tottington, Ramsbottom, Bolton and Manchester.
