Postnatal yoga

It can be so difficult to find time for yourself in those early months once baby has arrived, so why not pop along to a yoga class just for you, whilst baby either sleeps, plays on the mat or under a jungle gym, or is held in a sling.

These classes will: help to strengthen and realign your pelvis; strengthen and bring awareness to your pelvic floor; focus on gentle abdominal work to help bring strength back to your core; and provide a general full body stretch to help you feel fabulous at the end of the session. Suitable from 8 weeks postpartum, you need not have practiced before, as the sessions are suitable for beginners.

This postnatal yoga class is held in Bury, but easily accessible from the surrounding areas such as Radcliffe, Tottington, Ramsbottom, Bolton and Manchester.
