An energising class designed to wake you up and get you ready for the weekend ahead. Suitable for beginners to intermediate, these sessions are based around the vinyasa style of yoga, where movement is co-ordinated to the breath, and your full body will benefit from a stretch and work-out.
Sessions are 7 pounds drop on or 4 for 24 pounds. Mats provided.
This yoga class is held in Bury, but easily accessible from the surrounding areas such as Radcliffe, Tottington, Ramsbottom, Bolton and Manchester.
