I have done both pregnancy yoga and the mum & baby yoga and cannot recommend them enough! Suzanne is so warm and friendly and made me feel very welcome in both classes! She's such a lovely person I wasn't sure yoga was for me but I absolutely LOVED pregnancy yoga, especially towards the end of my pregnancy when sleep seems a distant memory, after yoga I would have the best night sleep I've ever had! Plus I've made some great friends who I've kept in touch with and we meet with our babies once a week! It's great!

I've done both pregnancy yoga and baby massage with Suzanne, both me and my baby loved it. I'd always wanted to do yoga but had never got round to it, the moves Suzanne teaches you helps your body prepare for childbirth and she explains everything thoroughly and how it helps. She makes you feel very comfortable as a beginner and you'll probably feel your baby wiggle away whilst you have that time to focus.

Suzanne is friendly and knowledgable and will help you in anyway possible. We started baby massage when my baby was about 8 weeks, he loved it, it's some real quality time to spend one on one with your baby in what's a hectic period, he slept happily after every class. And what you learn can be practised at home to help bond with your baby.

I highly recommend any of Suzanne's classes, she's brilliant and you'll love it. We're even going back for baby yoga in the new year!
